Add and Remove Programs has been restricted

How to Enable this Applet.

1. Simply go to start menu.
2. Open Run.
3. Type "regedit" and enter.
   
4. Here Locate:
   HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\uninstall
5. Now in the Right Pane/windows, Delete the DWord string "NoAddRemoveProgram"
6. Now endprocess the Explorer.exe.

This process will enable the Add and Remove Programs restriction.
